Some evenings ask for less: less noise, less effort, less rushing. The Art of Sensing is one of them.
Curated by Shalaya, this intimate two-hour gathering invites you to slow down and awaken your senses through movement, sound, scent, touch and taste.
The evening begins with a gentle, beginner-friendly Yin Yoga practice guided by Iwona (gentle movement) and sound healing. No experience needed, just an invitation to slow down, release tension and reconnect with your body.
As you gently return to the present moment, enjoy light bites by Ewya Delight before exploring the world of flowers with LOTUSWEI through a sensory floral ritual centered on scent, touch and intention.
The evening closes with a moment to connect and discover Slumber Games, a thoughtfully designed sleepwear and loungewear brand. Explore their breathable, hypoallergenic and sustainably made pieces, designed for lasting comfort, with the opportunity to try on selected pieces.
- Leave feeling grounded, restored and inspired.
- All levels welcome. No yoga experience needed.
